Fried Snail with Mixed Ingredient and Chillies - Khmer Dish

The mixed ingredient fried snails is one of the best Khmer foods, which is easy to cook, and you don't have to spend much money for it as it's as cheap as the street food in the US.

Ingredients:
  • One kilogram of snails - soak in the water for an hour and then boil them
  • Two rice spoons of mixed ingredient with garlic - the mixed ingredient might only have in Asia region like Cambodia, Thailand, Burma, Laos, etc.
  • Four dry chilies - soak in the water and chop them afterward
  • Two rice spoons of ripe tamarind
  • Three rice spoons of coconut cream (you can get rid of this element if you don't like)
  • One rice spoon of oil
  • One rice spoon of soup flour
  • Seasoning, salt​ or fish sauce, sugar (add as you like)
How to Cook:
  • Put the oil in the pan and heat for a few minutes and then add the soup flour and all mixed ingredients to fry together.
  • Put the boiled snails in the pan with the ingredient and fry. Add some more flavors as you like, and it's done for serving.
